4 touch n go sand stone cleans + 150ft stone shoulder carry 150/100

12 KB swings @ heavy

ME weighted back extension hold @ 53/35

 

Complete 60 cossack squats

 

 

D.) complete 2 mile run on assault runner, wear weight vest if ambitious.
