CURRENT FACILITY CLASS SCHEDULE :

MONDAY - FRIDAY

4:00pm - One hour Functional Fitness Performance session / CrossFit to develop strength, conditioning, coordination, and flexibility

6:15pm - One hour Strength session / strength, power, and muscle stamina

*Students recieve 15% off membership rates.

**If entire team / club is large enough, you may qualify for reduced rates, and custom tailored schedule based on needs and size of program.
