We train to be strong, powerful, fast, agile, accurate, conditioned, balanced, flexible, and coordinated.

Sport Group Classes : 5PM, Monday - Friday. Athletes that play sports train in an environment that pushes them to progress and compete at a higher level. You are lead by veteran coaches who have either both competed and coached at the highest level of competition in respective sports.

HYPE Performs Athletic program for athletes incorporates functional fitness in a setting that breeds competition success.

We push the athletes with various components to build their ability to PERFORM.

RATES

$175 per month

-Full Gym access

-6 day per week Athletic Programming

-5 days per week classes

-Personal log in on our custom workout tracking application to view program and track fitness progress

4pm - 9:30pm

Saturday

900am-1200pm

500-730pm

Sunday

 900am-1200pm



CURRENT FACILITY CLASS SCHEDULE :

MONDAY - FRIDAY

4:00pm - One hour Functional Fitness Performance session / CrossFit to develop strength, conditioning, coordination, and flexibility

5:00pm - One hour Sport session / power, speed, agility, balance and accuracy

6:15pm - One hour Strength session / strength, power, and muscle stamina


*Students recieve 15% off membership rates.

**If entire team / club is large enough, you may qualify for reduced rates, and custom tailored schedule based on needs and size of program.
