-Snatch Technique work-

 

A.) 2 rounds:

6 rounds

every 30 seconds  

hit 1 snatch @ 75-90% 

-4 mins rest

 

B.) for time :

1 mile run

100 situps

C.) Mobilize

 

We are doing the Deadlift/OHS/Jerk Qualifier wod on Friday, followed by the muscle ups and 5RM snatch workout on Saturday.

 

volume is low. Intensity is high.

 

now is not the time to do more.  

 

Work on the shoulders and lats.  spend time working psoas and groin area.

 

D.) Play some sport!
