B.) INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
- complete 1 hour of yoga -
(HYPE 6pm, follow an online sessions, or go to a studio)
—complete 30-45 mins of myofascial release
C.) complete 20 mins working balancing techniques
- Indo balance board
- using small plates, jump from one plate to another without falling off. max distance jump to balance.
-one legged RDL balancing hold efforts
- HS hold on plates as long as possible
