300m run

ME DB s2oh 70/50’s

 

-2 mins rest

 

 

300m run = go right out glass doors towards train tracks, around driveway and proceed to run to the 200m mark and back around driveway where you came from. 

 

E.) 3 rounds  

 

1 min KB front rack hold 53/35

1 Min free standing HS hold
