•Above knee hang snatch + Tempo OHS

(1+1) x8 @ 50-60% 

 

•complete 20 total stone cleans, alternating shoulders, increasing weight every 5 reps

 

•Plyometric + strength work

- moderate yoke carry : 75 ft - 

:30 seconds rest

10 lateral jumps

5 max height squat jumps

- 2 minutes rest-
