A.) every 5 mins complete set based off of top max effort set

1st @ 85% 

2nd @ 80%

3rd @ 75% 

 

B.) Teams of 3 - 25 min cap

- 3 rounds for time*

750m row

30 hang clean n jerk 135/95

9 rope climbs

60 pushups

 

*  for workout to be finished, all 3 members must complete 150 air squats each. Air squats can be performed during any time. During rest, or after 3 rounds is complete, but clock is still running until completition.
